Do you ship to my country?
  If you have an address, we ship to it.  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
What is the return policy?
  Custom Pieces are our Specialty, ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS so customization is CRITICAL at time of payment.  

Our Refund / Replacement Policy is Simple...

1.  REPLACEMENTS offered only under the following guidelines:  If we incorrectly spelled or if colors chosen were not correct…example would be if you ordered Red and we sent Blue.  

2.  Item received is significantly damaged as through shipping.  All items received damaged due to mail handling problems will be replaced.  Items will need to be shipped back to us and for returns and we will reimburse postage costs.  

3. Colors are subject to our discretion due to the fact that all monitors are configured differently.  If you are trying to match a specific color, please send picture or if you need an exact match please make arrangements to send us the article you wish to match.  All further questions, please contact us.  Thank You.
