How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service at customerservice@alittlecrafty.com or call 585.319.3053 for more information on returning an item. You will be emailed with instructions on returns.

We WILL NOT accept returns on items if you selected the wrong color, font, misspellings of names or words etc.

Items that may be returned are items that may have a problem with a misspelling on OUR part or we sent the wrong color...in which case we will gladly send a new item in return. Thank you.
