Q – How long before my order will ship after payment is made?
A – All orders ship within 24 hours.
Q – Is there a minimum number of patches I need to purchase?
A – One. That’s it. Bulk purchases do receive discount pricing but all you need to purchase for an order is one.
Q – Do you ship Internationally?
A – YES!! If you have an address, we ship to it. ANYWHERE!!
All countries just follow the checkout as it is...select country and put in address.
Q – How many letters can I put on a Custom Name Patch 1” x 3-5”?
A – Normally up to 25 letters will fit on a 1” x 5” patch, it all depends on font that you choose.
Block letters will fit the most.
Q – Can I see what my patch will look like before I purchase?
A – Absolutely!! Email or Chat and let us know what you would like to create and we will send you a sample picture.
Q – Are patches made with fabric?
A – No, the entire patch is embroidered...100%. This makes a stronger patch.
They will not shrink, tear or fade like fabric patches.
Q – Can I have my patch without a border?
A – The border must stay, you may have it the exact same color as the background so it will blend and the lettering will be more noticeable.
Q – Where do I put my customization for the patch?
A – In each listing, to the right of the picture there are Customization Boxes. Select your Background Color, Outline Color, Lettering Color, Font Type and then in the last box put YOUR lettering as you would like it on your patch. Example – Molly or MOLLY
Q – I have a custom patch I would like made, how do I let you know?
A – You may click on the Chat Button to the left and speak to a Designer or you may send pictures to logos@alittlecrafty.com for a price quote. Please include sizes and specifics for all designs.
Q – How large of a Design can you embroid?
A – 16” x 16” , Rockers to 18”
Q – If I send you my clothing, will you embroid my Logo, Name or Design on it?
A – Yes, NEW Clothing, Uniforms, Jackets, Blankets, etc can be sent to be embroidered. Turn around time is 48 hours from receiving to mailing back to you.
Q – Do you sell Polos, Sweatshirts, Sweatpants, T-Shirts, Fleece Blankets, Baby Clothing etc. so that I can order from you and have them embroidered?
A – Yes, we have an extensive Catalog of Mens / Womens / Youth / Children / Infant Clothing, Fleece Blankets, Baby Items, Tote Bags and other merchandise that we sell at wholesale cost.
Q – Do you embroid Hats?
A – No.
Q – Do you have the ability to make custom heat transfers?
A – Yes, I just need your clean artwork in jpeg format.
Q – Can you put the Heat Transfers on clothing other than just Tee Shirts?
A – Yes, if you browse through the designs and find the one you like, to the right of the picture there are clothing items we will apply the design to. Our clothing line has expanded from just Tee Shirts to Long Sleeve Tees, Crew Neck Fleece, Zip Ups, Hoodies, Women's and Teen's Cap Sleeve Tees, Youth, Toddler and Infant Wear.
